The Franchise is a security deposit for the company in case the car is returned with minor damages, scratches or with a fuel level less than specified in the contract.
No, each car has a minimum deductible amount that is required to rent this car.
The Franchise can be left either in cash or by credit card; upon completion of the lease, the Franchise is returned in the same form as it was left.
It is strictly forbidden to transfer control of the car to a person whose data is not specified in the contract.
The Franchise is returned to the client at the time he returns the car, after the car has been inspected.
If the car is out of order, first of all, you need to contact the person who handed over the car to you and, depending on the cause of the breakdown, it can be repaired on the spot or another car will be provided to replace it.
